Free delivery is available only for items displayed in the US and Canada. Our warehouse requires 1 to 3 calendar days to process your order. Delivery within the US typically takes 4 to 12 working days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 3 to 4 working days. Orders to other countries and regions do not include delivery charges; for detailed delivery charges, please contact us at the following email address: logicfoxzzg@gmail.com.

This shop does not accept returns or refunds without a valid reason. Returns due to quality issues must be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods; returns submitted after this period will not be accepted. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related issues, such as damaged packaging. We will process refunds within 10 days of confirming receipt of the returned goods. When returning goods, they must be in their original condition with the packaging intact—unused, with tags still attached and packaging undamaged. When requesting a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase and bear the cost of the return postage.

Logicfox offers free delivery on all orders shipped to the continental United States (48 states), as well as free delivery to Canada. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO Box or APO addresses. If you are located in one of these areas, please contact us before placing your order.

SPECIAL ORDER STATEMENT

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2~7 calendar days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Logicfox are estimates.

Remote Region Orders: Remote region orders will be charged an extra delivery fee by FedEx or UPS, depending upon the distance to the destination.

Nondelivery Area: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at the moment, but we will have more steps to support these areas soon.

Additional Charge Situation: We encourage you to check the address details carefully before you submit the order, if you need to change the address during the delivery or delivered period, the additional service fees would be charged a maximum of up to $40 per shipment which depend on the specific situations, as well as the return requested by mistaken order.
