Logicfox will gladly pay for free ground shipping for every order via FedEx, UPS, USPS or Amazon shipping depending on the order. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Our warehouse will take 1-3 business days to process your item, and you'll receive an email and tracking number when your order ships, and depending on your location should arrive in 2-5 days. The products presented are available for purchase in the United States only. Due to shipping restrictions, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

We recommend that every six months, make sure that all bolts, screws and knobs are fully tightened to ensure stability. Do not use the chair unless all bolts, screws, knobs have been tightened, if you found any parts are lost, damaged or worn, stop using this chair until the repair is carried out with parts authorized by the factory.
