Logicfox Inc. Website Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: June 26, 2021
If you are not satisfied with the product, you could return it within 30 days and get your money back within 100 days of acceptance of the product(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pay the return shipping.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any parts are lost, damaged or worn, you could return it and get your money back within 100 days of acceptance of the product(s). You don’ t need to pay the return shipping. To start a return, you can contact us at support@logicfox.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless a product exchange is requested due to a manufacturing defect or warranty claim, exchanges are processed as return and refund requests as described herein. After returning the product to be exchanged, you may place an order for the replacement product. You may only request one exchange. No refunds will be given for fees for shipping. If you want to exchange your product(s), please contact us at support@logicfox.net.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For promotional items, MW002 and MB002, returns are not accepted for non-quality issues.
