Logicfox Inc. Website Refund & Return Policy

Return

This shop does not accept returns or refunds without cause. Returns due to quality issues must be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods; no returns will be accepted after this period. Returns or exchanges are not supported for non-quality issues such as damaged packaging. Our company will process refunds within 10 days of confirming receipt of the returned goods. When returning items, the goods must be in their original condition with packaging intact—unused, with labels intact, and packaging undamaged. When requesting a return, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase and bear the cost of return postage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any parts are lost, damaged or worn, you could return it and get your money back within 10 days of acceptance of the product(s). But you need to cover the return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@logicfox.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Unless a product exchange is requested due to a manufacturing defect or warranty claim, exchanges are processed as return and refund requests as described herein. After returning the product to be exchanged, you may place an order for the replacement product. You may only request one exchange. No refunds will be given for fees for shipping. If you want to exchange your product(s), please contact us at support@logicfox.net.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For promotional items, MW002 and MB002, returns are not accepted for non-quality issues.
