The products presented are available for purchase in the United States only. Our warehouse will take 1-3 calendar days to process your item.Local deliveries typically take between 4 and 12 working days.
Please note that we offer a 30-day full refund policy in the event that you are unsatisfied with the quality of the ordered product. In case of a return request, please contact our Customer Service to inform us and allow us to create a shipping label free of charge.
In the event return for any other reason than stated above, Logicfox will not be held accountable for providing a refund, return label, or other costs resulting in the request for return.

FREE SHIPPING

Logicfox provides FREE shipping for every order to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and PO BOXES or APO. If you are in these areas, please contact us before ordering.

SPECIAL ORDER STATEMENT

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2~7 calendar days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Logicfox are estimates.

Remote Region Orders: Remote region orders will be charged an extra delivery fee by FedEx or UPS, depending upon the distance to the destination.

Nondelivery Area: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at the moment, but we will have more steps to support these areas soon.

Additional Charge Situation: We encourage you to check the address details carefully before you submit the order, if you need to change the address during the delivery or delivered period, the additional service fees would be charged a maximum of up to $40 per shipment which depend on the specific situations, as well as the return requested by mistaken order.
